The Room Manager is a central display and operating device offering pre-defined and tested applications of a modern electrical installation, e.g. individual room heating and cooling, ventilation, time functions, shading, safety etc. The Room Manager can communicate with all devices of Moeller’s RF system. State-of-the-art touch sensor technology ensures easy operation and setting of all parameters on site (e.g. time programme, temperature, etc.) for the user. The graphic display with background lighting guarantees the easy and clear display of the most important information for the end customer. The device can either be surface- mounted or incorporated into a 55 mm or 68 mm switch-box, branch-off of installation- box. For a system update or if you wish to add more functions, please use the integrated IR-interface. With the CRMA-00/11 to CRMA-00/18 Room Managers, which are equipped with an integrated blue-tooth module, you also have the possibility to exchange data with a blue-tooth compatible mobile phone. This will allow the Room Manager to send SMS messages if anything happens, or vice versa to switch a device via the Room Manager by sending an SMS from outside. Power is supplied from the mains.

Attention: To precisely measure and display the values, please use the reference measuring
device to determine the difference and then adjust the “offset” in the MRF.

Room Manager: Comfort management (basic function)

The following functions are available:

• 3 rooms for 1-level heating/cooling, adjustable time/temperature programme, display of setpoint and real temperature, selectable operating modes, integration of 3 window contacts in each room

• 1 1-level ventilation, adjustable time-programme, selectable operating modes, manual switching

• 1 display for time and date, automatic change from summer to standard time and vice versa

• 10 inputs, display of temperatures, humidity, brightness etc.

• 10 outputs, display and operation of electrical consumers

• 1 outside temperature, max-min-/trend indication, reset of trend indication

• 3 timers, adjustable time programme, selectable operating modes, manual switching

• 3 shading units with time programme and manual operation, adjustable time programme

• 1 holiday function, adjustable time and date setting

• 1 presence simulation, settings adjustable for a max. of 10 consumers, time and release function

• 3 logic links with 2 inputs each, AND/OR relation

• 2 scenarios with 6 functions each, functions are adjustable

• 1 request of total sum - heating

• 1 request of total sum - cooling

• Display of battery status and prior warning for all battery-supplied devices assigned to the Room Manager

• Software update via IRDA

Room Manager: Energy management (additional function)

• This function can be requested and released for a fee at: www.moeller.at 4 counting inputs (impulse input or energy meter sensor), e.g. for energy, water, gas etc.

• Each input: Unit of measurement, counting constant, base value, cost, Co2 emissions

• Each input: Display of graphic curve in different time periods (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 12 months)

• Adjustable display For each input you can set 1 threshold value followed by an "Action in case this value is exceeded"

• Overview display of up to 3 different counting inputs

Room Manager: Safety management (additional function)

• 2 separate monitoring areas (e.g. indoor, outdoor, first floor etc.)

• 2 areas with individual/joint activation/deactivation

• 3 inputs for activation/deactivation, alternatively via a 4-digit code

• 10 additional inputs for safety (motion sensor, window contacts, sensors etc.)

• 2 outputs for “safety” alert purposes (siren, flashing light)

• 5 additional inputs for smoke detectors, regardless of whether the safety function is activated or deactivated

• 1 output for "smoke detector" alert (siren, flashing light)

• Delay time for activation/deactivation when entering or leaving a room is adjustable
