The CHAZ-01/012 heating actuator is designed for connection to a maximum of 14 actuators and 12 room thermostats, one timer, one pump, one boiler, one CO signalling unit and one humidity sensor with potential free contact.
The heating controller is for use in surface heating & cooling system in new builds as well as for refitting of residential and commercial buildings.

As default configuration the actuator is delivered with internal RF module For difficult RF situation (actuator in a metal distribution box) an external RF module can be connected to the actuator with a 1m (max 10m) cable
CHAZ-01/12 Underfloor Heating Actuator 12 Zone xComfort
The heating controller can be installed directly into your control system and requires a 230V power supply (50W). Primarily used for regulating heating/cooling but can be programmed to user specifications. The heating controller acquires its set point values from the Smart Home Controller or other xComfort room devices.
The heating system has an integrated pump control which can be connected both locally and also via a switch actuator. With the option of external switching via a change over signal this control system is suitable for heating/cooling in a range of encircle systems. An optional dew point on cooling can be interrupted when condensation occurs.
The heating controller fits in systems for both Normally Open or Normally Closed.
