CHMU-00/02 Home Manager

The Home Manager is a “freely programmable" central display and operating device
allowing the user to control all the functions of a modern electrical installation, which includes heating, ventilation, time-based switching, shading, logic and comfort functions, remote control and diagnosis via the phone, notification via SMS. The Home Manager can both receive information from and send information to all the devices. The Home Manager is an "All Rounder" and should not be missing in any installation. The device can be installed in a flush-box included in the scope of delivery (Dietzel AK150).

Important: The number of functions listed below will only be limited by the internal memory of the Home Manager. There are no other limits to the number of functions you wish to use.

• Counting unit: incremental impulse counting unit with adjustable factor

• Time functions: adjustable staircase lighting function, delay for switch on/switch off, output impulse, flashing, inversion of values

Home Manager: HVAC

• Temperature input: for displaying temperatures

• Room: Heating and cooling with an adjustable temperature profile, selectable operating modes, control of zone-related valves, request of the pump, self-teaching heating-up behaviour (inertia)

• Pump: Selectable temperature level for the circuit (hot water, low or high temperature), release of the related mixer and energy generator

• Mixer: Adjustable heating curve, flow sensor and outside temperature, adjustable regulation parameters and idle position

• Energy generator: Boiler sensor for boiler regulation with minimum and maximum limits, release signal for existing control system, set-point values for hot water, high and low temperature are adjustable, outside sensor, mixer for return-flow increase and/or modulating regulation, sequential switching of the boiler

• Hot water: Sensor for top and bottom of hot-water tank, control of the charge pump, adjustable temperature values, elimination of legionellae, priority circuit for the hotwater tank, heating-up within a defined time period only

• Solar system: Control of temperature differences through collector and sensor in the buffer storage tank, request of the charge pump, limitation of the maximum temperature, locking of any other pump while the solar system is operating, switch-off during a time period

• Holidays: Holiday periods are adjustable for the entire installation or for individual rooms, temperature reduction to frost and heat protection

• Home Manager: General information

• Notification: Freely editable messages in case of any occurrence, phone number can be entered

• Display: 6 individually selectable pages with a max. of 50 lines, spaces and separators, name of the display pages

• Further options: Password can be adjusted, display lighting can be adjusted, customer name can be adjusted, release of remote maintenance, changing to summer/standard time, adjustable modem options
