CBEU-02/01 Binary Input Unit

This device can be used in a number of places, most commonly it would be placed behind a wall light switch where a standard lighting switch is needed due to the switch design needing to match in a room or as a retrofit requirement a good example is a bathroom pull cord light switch. It can also be used to take signals from other household devices such as burglar alarms etc. The device will transmit the signals wirelessly to the unit being controlled.

The binary input unit transmits input signals e.g. from window contacts, motion sensors or other signal contacts (relays, switches, pushbutton units, etc.) to the convenient electrical installation system. Power supply is from the mains. The device can be mounted in installation boxes for switches, branch-off boxes or standard installation boxes. This device has 2 inputs allowing control of 2 switches.
